· Our faith is a conviction that God is real and that he loves us. It is the steadfast conviction that Jesus is the Christ, the one who died for our sins to give us life eternal. I once heard a story about a mother and her seven-year-old son who were driving through Pennsylvania Dutch country. When they passed an Amish horse and buggy, the boy's curiosity was stirred. He asked,"Mommy, why do they use horses instead of cars?" His mother explained that the Amish don't believe in cars. After a few minutes of thought the little boy asked, "but, Mom, can't they see them?" The Bible says we walk by faith and not by sight. Though we can’t see God we can feel his working all around us, carrying us through the waters of our life. Jesus said, “Blessed are those who have not seen…and yet believed” (John 20:19). Have you found a personal relationship with Jesus? Do you depend on that relationship in faith? Pray for a growing vibrant faith that will impact others for Christ!
